1. Our role as a job career guidance center at Nashaa World operating as nashaajobs.com is to provide guidance only. We neither provide directly domestic jobs/national jobs/skilled/Overseas Jobs/Abroad Studies registration to candidates nor any commitment or assurance to any candidates.
2. We are associated with various job consultancies and all the job vacancies issued by these firms are conveyed to the candidates who require jobs, and these vacancies are updated from time to time.
3. Candidates who require jobs can register with us after paying the registration fee. Registration fee as mentioned is a service charge which is not refundable due to any reason. Validity of registration is as mentioned on the website.
4. In any case, if the employer asks us to get Registered Candidates’ Bio-Data, candidates should submit Bio-Data, copy of educational qualification, experience certificate (if any), copy of Aadhar card, photo, passport copy, etc., for forwarding the same to the principal recruitment agency and for conducting interview by them and further procedures for getting the job.
5. After that, we will inform about the available job vacancies and contact details of job consultancies. Then candidates should properly inquire about job details, interview date, expected salary, allowances, and any other matters directly with these job consultancies.
6. Selection process and job recruitment, interviews etc. for all categories will be carried out by the Employer or recruitment agency only.
7. Further payment, if any, for jobs is to be directly dealt with the recruitment agency.
8. We are not held responsible for any kind of privacy details pertaining to personal details including mobile numbers, etc.
9. You must also be willing to obey the rules and regulations of your employer.
10. We are fully authorized to download your CVs and all documents pertaining to your job and hand over the same to the employer and related officers. Simultaneously, the employer also has the authorization to view and download all your data including mobile numbers as far as your job application is concerned.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Once the payment has been made and the user has successfully signed in, gained access to search features, and viewed job-related contact and other details, the payment shall be considered non-refundable under any circumstances. Subscription may be cancelled any time if any malfunction or fake IDs are created.

Support and Disputes

If you face any kind of problem in our services, please contact us with your support email and your reference ID and specify the exact reason, so that we can initiate urgent action to resolve the problem.

All disputes or complaints arising in connection with this service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thiruvalla, Kerala.
